Midnight Mona is the second release for Edinburgh Songwriter, James McQueen. In Midnight Mona, McQueen reveals his folk roots combined with an Indie Rock delivery. Lyrically the song explores the themes of infatuation and paranoia and how they can interplay in relationships.

Midnight Mona was written during the Edinburgh Fringe in 2018 between busy bar shifts, and recorded at home over the following two years.

All instruments were played by James McQueen.

The track was mixed and mastered by Andrew Howden at HowdenSound Studios.
